How to get a Nevsky Hotels (NHG) discount card
• After your first stay in any NHG hotel, you are entitled to receive a discount coupon for 5% off the Rack Rate the next time you check in.
• The second time you stay in one of our hotels, you can have a coupon worth a 10% Rack Rate reduction for subsequent stays.
• After five or more stays at any NHG hotel, just ask for the Special Guest Card, which entitles the holder to a 20% discount. Now that’s a substantial discount, isn’t it?
• Here’s a tempting offer that’s hard to beat. If you plan on visiting the city frequently, you can simply purchase a 20% discount card at the reception desk of any NHG hotel...even during your first visit.
Our simple terms and conditions
• To receive your discount for having a Special Card or coupon, just present it on checking in.
• Cards and coupons entitle the holder to room rate discounts only, not to discounts on other services.
• There is a 250 rouble fee for a lost or damaged card.
• When you visit an NHG hotel as part of a special discounted travel package, you have to choose either the travel-package rate or the discount-card rate. The choice is yours.
• Your card remains the property of the Nevsky Hotel Group. You’re the holder, but the card is ours. In exceptional circumstances the hotel management can ask you to return it.
