Terms and Conditions
The guarantee is provided by hotel belonging to Nevsky Hotels Group where you have made a booking through www.hon.ru. Any questions should be submitted directly to reservation department.
Operator will send you a confirmation email within 24 hrs of your claim submission. Please keep this email for your records.
The lower rate must be for the same room and bed type and for the same date(s). If a multiple night stay is booked, the average rate of each night is evaluated and this average rate is compared with the average rate evaluated for the comparison rate, the same number of people.
You do not have to book a room on the competing website. While booking you must prove your claim by inserting a functional link of competing web site.
The guarantee applies to publicly available rates on competing web site and must be viewable, available and bookable. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to websites that do not reveal the hotel name and location (auction or opaque web sites) or to group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, affinity/association rates, rates quoted in direct mail or electronic solicitations, or rates which are part of a travel package do not qualify.
