I truly enjoyed my stay here. The friendliness of the breakfast crew was very lacking. Smiles & not talking a persons plate unless they are finished would go a long way!

Irina and Olga, Just wanted you to know that we are having a great time here in St. Petersburg. We are also enjoying the hotel and the new dining area for breakfast. USA, Detroit Oct 3, 2007 We loved it! For the budget traveller it is extremely clean, affordable and conveniently located to everything (ie. less than 5 minutes walking distance to the Church of Spilled Blood, less than 2 minutes to the Kazan Cathedral, and right off of the Nevsky Prospect... the Hermitage is probably a 15 minute walk). The rooms are small but immaculate. The price is extremely affordable compared to anything else in the area and a complimentary breakfast is served every day, plus there is a computer in the dining area that is free for all to use with internet. It was very cozy in a nice neighborhood. I would recommend this highly, unless you are looking for the 4 Seasons or Hyatt style accomodations. There are no real views to speak of, but the location is worth all.
